Ruler Patterns

I would like to share to you my 4 new ruler pattern (top, bottom, right and left) I created today. Most of Web designers use patterns as a background in their website or their clients website because it gives additional beauty of the website. You are allowed to use this pattern for your personal and commercial projects no need to ask me for permission, but you are not allowed to resell or redistribute this pattern.
